This webcam from Logitech looks like something out of Star Wars with its strange, eye-stalk design, but it's meant for use in a galaxy much closer to home.  The BCC950 features a Carl Zeiss lens and autofocus for a crystal clear picture anywhere in the room.  It's great for corporate meetings, too with its motorized zoom, tilt, and 180 degree pan, which can be controlled with the included remote. meaning corporate meetings are likely the only place you'll ever see one.its so nice and fashionble.

LG 55-Inch OLED TV

At long last!  It's the moment we've all been waiting for with bated breath: the first OLED TV will be hitting the market soon; hopefully in time to watch the Super Bowl!  OLED, which stands for organic light emitting diod, allows screens to be extremely thin without compromising the quality of high-def images. We covered Samsung's version at CES this year, but it looks like LG's 55-inch OLED TV is going to be the first out of the gate.it is very nice.

Tabber LED Guitar Light Sleeve

Ever thought of learning guitar?  With this Kickstarter project, anyone with a guitar can pick it up and learn to play!  At least, that's the idea anyway.  Simply slip the Tabber LED Light Sleeve over the guitar, boot up the app on your smartphone, and follow the lights.  The app comes with a variety of songs, chords, and scales, but because the program is Open Source, you can program and share your own songs, lessons, and light patterns, as well as ones made by hundreds of other users.  This project is currently seeking funding on Kickstarter.

Nokia Lumia 900

This is one snazzy phone for a ridiculously good price.  Just announced, the Nokia Lumia 900 will be available on AT&T for just $100, and it is more than worth the coinage.  This smartphone is jam-packed with an 8-megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, dual LED flash, and a 1.4 GHz single-core processor for running its Windows Phone operating system.its so nice and fashionble.

There sure are a lot of cars at the New York Auto Show this week. The Javits Center in New York City looks like the world's largest car showroom. But in the sea of four-wheelers, there's also a whole lot of technology floating around.

The Terrafugia Transition has been a work in progress since 2006, but will finally show off its unique design at the 2012 New York Auto Show.The Transition is being called the first practical street-legal airplane by the company, and will no doubt garner some attention when it hits the show floor. The car has folding wings and a full propeller drive system that allows it to take flight as well as drive on the street.For that price, the eccentric consumer gets a small airplane that fits in a single-car garage. The Transition also runs off super unleaded gas instead of airplane fuel and is able to drive safely on the road, according to the company.The same 100-hp engine capable of spinning the rear-mounted propeller or powering the wheels on the ground, both via a continuously variable transmission.

Ultrabook Reviews: Dell XPS 13, HP Envy 14 Spectre, and Samsung Series 9

Ultrabook. It's a new term you might start hearing around town around the Internet or in Best Buy ads.It refers to a new class of thin and light laptops; computers that have more in common with tablets and smartphones than ever before.Not only are the machines -- which are arriving from Dell, HP, Samsung, and others -- less than an inch-thick and usually lighter than 3.5 pounds, but they boot quickly, resume from sleep in just a few seconds, and have long battery lif.Sound a lot like Apple's MacBook Air, which has long been the thinnest laptop on the market? That's exactly the point. They all also leave off the DVD drive in order to keep their trim dimensions.

The ultrabooks, which are being spearheaded by Intel, are in large part an attempt to knock Apple's MacBook Air off its perch, while offering consumers a wide choice of Windows 7 laptops that are just as thin and light.However, choosing a new ultrabook is much harder than you'd think. Most of them have identical hardware internals – an Intel Core i5 processor, 4GB of RAM, and a 128GB solid-state drive, which is faster than a typical hard drive. Most of them boot Windows 7 in less than a minute and resume from sleep in under five seconds.


Dell XPS 13

One look at the XPS 13 and it's easy to see that Dell took its design inspiration from Apple. However, the aluminum laptop is one of the best-made laptops on the market, and that's not something I've said about a Dell laptop in a long time. It's got a 13-inch display, but Dell has crammed the wide display in a case that's closer in size to a 12-inch laptop by using a smaller frame around the display. It's very thin and light and the chiclet-style keyboard, which has gaps between the keys, is very comfortable. The rubberish palm rest is also comfortable.
 Dell recently released an update and it improved things, but not enough to make it as smooth as the scrolling experience on Apple's larger glass touchpad. Also, the fan noise on the laptop can get loud during regular use. And the battery life isn't as long as the others; it only lasted four hours and seven minutes on a battery test, which runs a video repeatedly with brightness set at 65 percent.
Like the rest of the laptops written about here, the Dell XPS 13 is fast to boot, resume from sleep, and a very capable performer. All of the laptops managed my everyday workload, which includes simultaneously writing emails, browsing the web with a number of tabs open, listening to music, and periodically watching video clips.
The XPS 13 is one of the cheapest ultrabooks.

HP Envy 14 Spectre

The Envy 14 Spectre is unlike any laptop you've ever seen before. Sure it has a screen and keyboard, but the lid and the palm rest are coated in glass. Yes, glass. But it's not any glass – it's coated in Gorilla Glass and it's very durable so it can withstand scratches. However, while it is very striking, it also picks up lots of fingerprints.

The Envy might knock the others out of the park in design and creativity, but it simply isn't as thin and light as the competition. It weighs 3.79 pounds and I noticed the extra pounds in my bag. However, the extra thickness does allow it to accommodate more ports than the others; you get two USB ports, an Ethernet jack, and a full HDMI socket. It also has a beautiful 14-inch, 1600 x 900 resolution Radience screen, which displays very crisp and bright images and video. The keyboard is comfortable, but unfortunately the trackpad is very stiff and hard to operate.

 Samsung Series

The Samsung Series 9 is the thinnest and lightest of the bunch, even though it has the largest screen. In fact, at .60-inches thick, it is now the thinnest 15-inch laptop on the market. And thin, is exactly what you notice about this laptop – it slides into a very narrow bag and can easily hide under a stack of papers on your desk. The dark grey aluminum also gives the machine a very good build and gives it a minimalistic look.

The keyboard is very spacious, and like the others, has a backlight for when you have to type in the dark. Iparticularly like how this one glows green. The touchpad is the best one out of the bunch since it is wider; however, while scrolling with two fingers is smooth, it's not as smooth as the experience on the MacBook Air. The 15-inch, 1600 x 900-resolution display is matte, or not glossy, which helps with outdoor use, but it looks a bit washed out from some angles.

The term wearable computers likely conjures up images of cyborgs and science fair projects. But just two weeks ago Google released a video of its Project Glass and within a few days, the eyes of millions were opened to how cool wearing "Google Glasses" could be. Day and Night in a Single Photo today

At first glance this photo appears to be distorted through a fish-eye lens.we can see that this stunning image captures day and night in a single frame.

Chris Kotsiopoloulos created the 360-degree shot in the course of one 24-hour period, capturing sunrise through sunset in Sounio, Greece.
The project required patience; Kotsiopoloulos spent 30 hours in the same spot taking hundreds of images that he later painstakingly stitched together into one photo.

Beginning in the east, the early morning sunshine hits the clouds before the sun tracks across the sky. The crystal blue day then gives way to more ominous cloud covering before finally plunging into darkness
“All my photos have a long story to tell,” Kotsiopoloulos says of his work, “a story that goes back to the creation of our solar system, the formation of the sun, the planets, the earth and the moon.”
